In commercial real estate brokerage, prospecting is almost a work of art. It requires refinement, practice, and dedication. The more committed you are to the process, the greater the results that are achieved. Over time that can lead to better listings and commissions.
The service you will get from a conveyance company can actually be used in the place of an attorney. They are usually licensed and have been educated in property commercial contract law. They have a standard procedure, which may be considerably less expensive than using a property attorney.
Climbing – Kids love to climb. Find a hill or some rocks along the shoreline that they can play on. Let their imaginations take over for hours of fun.
If you entered into a loan or credit contract, you may have signed a note or contract promising to pay them back. This contract supposedly qualified you to receive the money or credit. But did they provide ‘full disclosure’ of all of the terms of this agreement? Answer the following questions and decide for yourself if the bank or credit card company was acting in ‘good faith,’ that you received ‘valuable consideration,’ and that your ‘signature’ on that agreement is valid. Were you told that the Federal Reserve Policies and Procedures and the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) requirements imposed upon all Federally-insured (FDIC) banks prohibit them from lending their own money from their own assets, or from other depositors? Did anyone tell you where the money was coming from?
The competitive nature of the industry and the clients that we work with are kommersiella forever changing so you should consider shaping the way in which you attract new business.
Swimming – No matter where you are camping you are bound to have a lake, a brook, or pool close to you. Swimming is great exercise and lot of fun for all ages. Send your kids off to swim their lungs out in these and explore the bounties of nature for themselves. If you are camping in a commercial campsite you might even be lucky enough to find a pool for your kids to go swimming in. But whether it is a natural or a man-made lake, as long as it is all right for your children to swim in them you know that they’ll stay occupied.
Ask for a list of successfully completed projects in your area. Check references and inquire about quality of work performed. If possible, go look at the contractorfs work. Check with the BBB to see if any complaints are unresolved. Ask for written evidence of coverage from the contractorfs insurance carrier. Ask about warranties.
Occasionally, you may encounter the customer who just won’t pay – and for no good reason. Don’t set a precedent by letting them get away with it. There’s an online government-run service that you can use to reclaim the debt, or I’m always happy to recommend a reputable debt collection agency or solicitor.
